Simple question: how do I turn off stepping in OSX? Windows listens to my BIOS. OSX apparently doesn't.
Things that might help:
HW: Asus P8Z77-V Pro + 2600K @ 4.8Ghz
OSX: custom SSDT installed, Chameleon BL, P/C states off, Drop SSDT activated, SMBios iMac13,2, working fine switching between x16 and x48 (I would however prefer better speedstep, more "inbetween").
Tried nullcpumanagement kext, it dropped the CPU speed to 3.4Ghz, but I want 4.8 fixed.
