Triple Booting with OCLP vs official Mac OS

I have a 2015 11" Air and I'd like to triple boot it with Mac OS, Windows 11, and Linux. Is there a good guide for this process if I want to have Sequoia (via OCLP) on it? Would a guide made for official Mac OS work after installing Sequoia?

I have a 1 TB Western Digital NVMe drive (with an adapter). I plan to either use BootCamp to install Windows 10 and then install Windows 11 over it using Rufus, or manually installing Windows 11 using Rufus on a partition made in disk utility.
