OpenCore is stuck in BIOS Priority

So for context, I plugged in an old SSD after a few years of not using it. I ended up realizing that OpenCore was installed on that drive. I was wondering why booting up my computer made it stuck on a black screen for such a long time and says “the system failed to boot several times before” error. The SSD was completely empty and had no files in it because I formatted it a long time ago to “delete it” after unplugging it and never using it again.

But even after removing my SSD, now it STILL tried to boot into OpenCore and I fucking remove this shit. I spent hours researching and no one had my problem. I broke the old 250gb ssd that had OpenCore in it a long time ago (even though it was formatted and empty), and I factory resetted my computer and didn’t do shit.

I tried removing the cmos battery to see if maybe that’ll remove it from my Boot Options but I can’t remove it no matter how hard I pullback the metal pin. So please, if anyone got a fix for this shit please inform me. I’m starting to see this thing as a god damn virus atp, just won’t go away no matter how many times I try deleting it.
