Constant rebook Sequoia Macbook pro 2019

I can't access my macbook and I'm afraid I'll lose all the data I don't have a backup of. This is what happens to me after trying to update Sequoia. I have sequoia installed on an external SSD which is what I want to access. Press alt to choose the external drive and the reboot loop begins on the screen where you see the apple and the loading bar. I have tried patching the sequoia image and reinstalling but I don't have enough free space. I can't clear space because it won't let me copy or delete files from the external SSD. I don't understand why. Then OpenCore now tells me that the version does not correspond to the one installed and it installs it over and over again and doesn't let me click anything else. Where could I find the solution.
