I was finally able to update my 2017 5K iMac from OCLP 2.1.2 and macOS 15.1.1 to OCLP 2.2 and macOS 15.2. This update appears to have resolved all of my iCloud sync problems.
Before, Find My was not working at all, and only a fraction of my passwords were available.
Everything seems to be fully synced now. Find My works great (and updates fast), and all of my passwords are now showing on my iMac like they do on my iPhone and iPad.
So far everything else seems to run well too.
