itlwm on macOS 13 crashes the OS after connecting to wifi

hi mates, i recently installed macOS 13 on an alder lake cpu (i5-12th gen) and I got everything in Ventura working fine except for wifi, whenever i try to connect to a network, macOS instantly crashes and reboots to the OpenCore menu, any suggestions on which version to use would be appreciated
