Is there anyway to get around the Ventura-Sonoma installer issue where I can’t use a keyboard and mouse?

• Bought this beast for $125 - thoughts after upgrades?
• No AirPlay mirroring
• 🆘 "Failed to mount root volume" error when applying root patches after latest OCLP update – MacBook overheating & battery drain

Monterey is fine but I would like to be able to use Ventura or sonoma
