I am on the macOS Sequoia Developer Beta, and I am now able to AirPlay from and to my Hackintosh without Wi-Fi, as compared to Sonoma on which I couldn't, now it works like a charm!
(I'm using OpenCore 1.0.0)
However, there are issues on Sequoia, I was using a TP-Link BT4 USB Dongle, which i managed to get to work in Sonoma using BrcmPatches but is now not working.
