Can someone send me the high Sierra efi boot file please

I’m trying to reinstall high Sierra after carbon copy cloner replaced it with a deleted file for some reason, I’ve tried booting into recovery and reinstall high Sierra but I get the recovery server couldn’t be contacted error I’ve changed the Mac’s date but it doesn’t help, I’m on a Mac Pro 5.1
