I’ve got a mid 2014 MBP with 16GB RAM and dedicated graphics and was wondering what macOS to put on it with the help of OCLP. I’ve read some reports of recommending just play it safe and staying with Monterey because the other two are optimized for and work best on M chip Mac’s. But then I’ve read reports of these older Mac’s running Sonoma just fine. What macOS would you all recommend I upgrade to?
