Installing OC on another drive with Clover on an older one, what do I need to know?

Hi, I have an old Clover install with Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave on one drive, and would like to install OpenCore with a newer MacOS on it on another drive. I'd like to be able to boot from either drive preferably with a menu. If I install OpenCore using the guide, will it give me the option to boot from the Clover drive, or would I have to do something else?

Also, is there anything else I should be aware of install wise so that I don't mess the old drive up?
