I just noticed this second Windows option right after the 1.2.0 update. I only have one Windows installation in my cMP 5,1 and it's in EFI mode. The second one probably the NTFS formatted storage HDD so no way try and see what happens next. But it does show up now as Refind does.
Is there anyone with a legacy Windows installation willing to check?.
