My Z390 I computer at left is currently happily running Mojave 10.14.6 using the HFS+ filesystem. I have recently created a Ventura 13.5.1 USB installer using Apple's "createinstallmedia" process. That went well as you can see from the Terminal readout below. However, the EFI partition on the newly-created Install macOS Ventura flash drive is empty. And to install Ventura on my computer's SSD I would need OpenCore 0.9.4 in the EFI partition, just like I have in my SSD's Mojave's EFI...
