MSI Z390A Pro / i9-9900kf /AMD 5700 XT OC 0.8.4 Monterey 12.5.1 - Keep getting a kernel panic/freeze at this code….

After installing and booting Monterey 12.5.1 the verbose gets stuck at this stage and then goes black, computer stays on. If non-verbose, a kernel panic page will boot. I have triple checked BIOS settings, tweaked endlessly. What could be the issue?
