Help I can’t get it to work

I can’t get into it installer of both macOS Monterey and or Big Sur.

Specs: Intel i5-1035G7 Ice lake

16gb 2666mhz ram

GPU’s:

Intel Iris plus graphics

Nvidia mx250

Motherboard hp 86e2

I have followe multiple videos and even the entire guide 3 times. However I keep getting the same error over and over again. It would say Mac OS X not supported error code mac-f4208ccb. Can someone help me and tell me whether or not my device is supported and tell me what I am doing wrong or maybe give me an example

Also this might be good to know it is an hp pavilion cs 3640nd
