Everytime after waking from sleep, something different breaks

I'm on 15.7 and this has never happened before. I have:

i7 4790k

gigabyte z97x gaming 5

16gb 1600 (1866) ddr3 ram

480gb ssd boot drive

1tb + 500gb hdd

600w psu

I can't point out to a single issue because sometimes nothing may break, but when it does, something unrelated to other crashes breaks. Last time, the finder broke and I couldn't even open the terminal. Today, safari broke and yesterday, the webkit caused a kp. I have power nap enabled, so I can tell something broke because it may restart suddenly or it may not go back to sleep.

The last thing I did to this computer was swapping the SSD for something larger as the prior ssd was too small. It's newer and it's the same brand as the last one. It's like the sleep image doesn't save properly. This didn't happen before with the same drive. I started noticing after the security update that this happened.
