So I decided to update my hackintosh to Big-Sur a bit ago, and spent a couple evenings working my way through the Dortania guides. I was able to boot into the recovery and install Big-Sur to a Extended Journaled partition. After it installs this, towards the end it reboots, and OpenCore shows nothing other than the macOS Installer (My Flash Drive with recovery on it) available to boot to. Booting back into the recovery drive no prompts me to "Re-install Big-Sur" where it used to say "Install Big-Sur". Anyone have any suggestions?
