Are there any adjustments for Big Sur that will disable minimize/maximize animation for non Metal builds (VMware Workstation)

I have an NVIDIA card but VMware workstation (win10) does not allow any metal support. This isn’t that much of an issue as Big Sur still looks and runs great. EXCEPT the 15-20 second lag If I minimize a window by mistake.

Wondering if you guys have any tricks to remove that animation or maybe effect Metal performance.

(catalina’s animations were not super smooth but they didn’t have this lag)
