Gigabyte Z490 VISION D or Asus ProArt Z490-CREATOR 10G? - Are Gigabyte boards not recommended any more for Hackintosh?

I was surprised to see Gigabyte in the 'brand to avoid' list, especially since Gigabyte used to be a favorite brand for Hackintosh and I see a lot of recent Gigabyte builds here. I also did a Gigabyte B360 build with OpenCore not long ago without any problems. I always had good experiences with Gigabyte mainboards.

Are there specific boards that are affected by the problems mentioned in the Anti Buyers Guide?

Gigabyte (Weird Memory Layout, requires KASLR fix)

Currently, I am considering the Gigabyte Z490 VISION D for a 10th generation Intel build with Thunderbolt 3. A good alternative appears to be the Asus ProArt Z490-CREATOR 10G which also includes a 10Gb Lan card, but I have no idea, if that is compatible. I am planning to use this with an i7-10700K CPU.

What would you recommend?
