Im planning to buy a 256gb ssd to install macOS on and KEEP my existing windows installation.

Basically im dual booting but from separate storage devices. Hw do I do that?

Is 256gb more than enough?

Do I need to buy additional cards like bluetooth cards or wifi cards for the macOS to fully work?
My full specs are as follows:
Ryzen 5 2600 16gb 32000mhz Gtx 1070 8gb
