A Hackintosh, using Ryzen? And does a Hackintosh recognise the Afterburner card, or other 3rd party cards?

OK, it's time to build a PC, and I'm desperately hoping for a Hackintosh to be a viable option.

My main reason for wanting a Hackintosh is for video editing (6K-8K RAW on a 4K timeline), and integration with the rest of my Mac Ecosystems (ipad, iphone, and a Genuine 2014 Macbook Pro which may get an upgrade to the NEXT 16" whenever that's a thing).

So this Hackintosh needs to be kind of abeast, and I really NEED want all the cool mac stuff to work, (particularly handoff, sidecar, and airdrop), and for the to be no issues with bluetooth or wifi. Plus, I also wouldn't mind running a few games on it (Probably in Windows). I'm hoping I don't have to, but I'm willing to take a small performance hit in some areas for a machine with no issues.
But lately, I've seen lots of info about how it's now entirely possible (and easy?) to use Ryzen for a CPU. (Youtube "Ryzen Hackintosh" if you want to see what I've been seeing).

So... is this true? The reason I'd like to consider Ryzen is for both a better and/or more powerful build for the price.

For the GPU, I'm guessing that AMD is still my only real option? If so, what would you suggest there? Do AMD have any 2080TI equivalents (or anything predicted for soonish) now that the Radeon VII is discontinued?

Oh, and has anyone had a go at putting an afterburner card in their Hackintosh yet? Any luck?

What about Blackmagic Declink's etc?
