Clover does not create EFI partition, resulting media not bootable

I download the latest release from:

https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases

This is where the sourceforge download linked me.

I created an installer for Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave, ran the clover installer on with the following settings:

The resulting USB has no EFI partition and is not bootable and the EFI folder appears to be on the main data partition.
