AMD GPU performance significantly decrease, about 50% compare to Windows

I play game on Mac quite a lot, especially is Dota 2 and I saw the performance is decreased more than 50% compare to both Windows and Linux installed on this machine. I knew we will lost the GPU performance on Hackintosh but 50% is a lot, anyone have the solution?

Example at 1920x1080 maximum settings, I got 3x fps.
