Hey folks,
Ive got an asus vivo book x405UA. Had to compile alc for the audio, which is conexant 8150. Was working great until I tried Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina. Audio worked at first but now ive got the damned grey audio icon and I cannot figure it for the life of me.
Side note: I also had brcm issues with the patchram2 kext not loading but found out why. If anyone else has this issue with wifi/bluetooth, I resolved it with this:
