Sleep do instant wake on Gigabyte Z390 AORUS MASTER

I have the problem that when it goes to sleep it wakes instantly I have tried google and search for the solution and found something and changed the pmset -a proximity wake from 1 to 0 but it did not help.

Do anyone have an solution to this and maybe have the same problem with this motherboard and got it working?
