Hackintosh for College. Major (CS)

I have been waiting quite a while to make my own Hackintosh (Had the option to buy MBP 2018, but can’t afford repairs). Can someone please Properly guide me what will be the perfect Hardware for a Golden Build.

Requirement: 1 XCode. (Have to make iPhone Apps and Submit to Appstore) 2. Web Development. 3. Very Light Gaming. 4. iMessage/Bluetooth. 5. Future-proof for Updates.

Hardware: CPU: I can go with i3-8100, i5-8400 or i5-8600K.

For the Motherboard and other peripherals I’m confused. I want to run the latest macOS Mojave. My Budget is around Maximum $700.

Please tell me the motherboard and Cheap GPU(optional) which will work out of the box. I don’t want to always worry about my Hardware.
