I am experimenting with OSX on my (old) computer, trying to install Mavericks(10.9.1)(mainly because of my old computer and Myhack supporting OSX only up to 10.9).
After making the USB I tried to boot, but got stuck at "Pthread support ABORTS when sync kernel primitives misused". I have tried -x but to no avail.
After googling for a little bit, I have found one person saying to use the flag PCIRootUID=0. After trying that, the installer freezes at "RTC: Only single RAM bank (128 bytes)".
Hardware:
Motherboard:MSI G31TM-P21(MS-7529)
2GB RAM
Intel Celeron E3300
AMD Radeon HD4350
(I did say old)
Any solutions?
