While my PC is sorta low-end, it supports High Sierra just fine. Sound and microphone worked until I did something, I don't remember what though. Before in sound settings I had just regular sound options, rear black panel for sound and rear pink jack for the microphone. Now I only have "Digital-out (HDMI)" even though my graphics card or motherboard doesn't have a HDMI port. My specs: CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 at 2.83 GHZ Ram: 4 Gigs for now, ordered a new 8 gig stick Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 650 with 1 gig of vram Motherboard: MSI g41m-p28
