Desk Mini not detecting displays on VGA or Displayport, only HDMI. Sierra Clover build.

I have the Desk Mini 110 with Sierra loaded on it. HDMI works perfectly fine but trying to connect any display which is VGA or DVI doesn't work. I've tried them as primary monitors and secondary to no avail.
