It broke after root patching

I felt something wasnt quite right with macos, slower laggier etc so i thought maybe it didnt rootpatch correctly, so i started rerootpatching and done reboot, now i also have windows installed on the machine and it always worked fine, today i needed to use macos again except it doesnt boot anymore, it first throws me the a problem has occured with a zillion languages and then the press enter to continue, i get to about 40% of the progress bar and then it just freezes. Windows works fine though. With the cmd+v thing i get the above

Anybody know a fix, i have really important files on my mac and i really cant lose m, maybe fix via windows or sum?
