macbook pro kernel panics and gets stuck losdibg

if i turn my mac on it either kernel panics or gets stuck loading

before this the graphics drivers stopped working so i tried reinstalling the drivers but i can’t boot into macos now

this happened before and i had to reinstall macos and copy my data but i lost all my passwords safari data etc

is there any way i can reinstall macos but save everything including my safari data or just boot into macos

i also don’t have any other mac’s or usbs or externals and money for a new one
