ASUS Z790 Intel ax210 wifi vs separate card in Sonoma - what results in maximised wifi speed?

Hi, I will have my computer somewhat far away from my router. That means decent sized antenna is a must. Would I be better off with something like

or would existing card on my motherboard be fine with an antenna accessory?
