OSX Installation

Hi all, I would just like to know if its possible to install mac OS on a different hard drive. Currently i have a pre installed windows 10 on my main SSD. If yes, is it possible to just change the boot order or select what Hard drive my system will booth thru bios whenever i feel like using windows 10 over mac os or vice versa
