Has anyone gotten thunderbolt coldboot working?

My setup:

asrock extreme4 z370 with AIC TB3 card.

If I plug in my TB3 device, start the hackintosh, then reboot, i get the thunderbolt device showing. But how can i get it working on first boot/ cold boot?

I have tried SSDT for patching the thunderbolt card, with no luck.

Opencore 0.7.0

Big sur 11.4

All kexts are up to date.
