Making my first hackintosh and I’m having some issues

I sanity checked and ejected my usb properly, then in BIOS I had 2 options for my USB stick, one booted a black screen with a flashing underscore text icon the other posted what I think said No OC error, not sure will firm up tomorrow when I boot it again.
