Extend to external monitor via Type-C port using Type-C to HDMI adapter

Hi guys, I have a question. Currently my laptop is running hackintosh well with CPU i7-8750H, UHD630. I'm using SMBIOS MacBookPro15,4 because it comes with iGPU only, so I can extend to my Dell monitor via Type-C port using Type-C to HDMI natively.

But if I change to SMBIOS MBP15,1 or 15,3 (comes with dual gpu Radeon and Intel UHD Graphics) for better performance, is there any way that I can extend to external monitor via Type-C port using Type-C to HDMI adapter? The HDMI port on this laptop is directly connected to GTX 1050Ti which disabled
