macOS Catalina on Toshiba Portege Z10t-A?

Hello,

I have the laptop mentioned in the title, with an Intel Core i5 4220Y with HD Graphics 4200. I'm just wondering if anybody has had any success running macOS on it? I've got Catalina installed and running however the keyboard dock for the laptop doesn't work, and I can't find DSDT patches to get battery status working (there is no similar laptop listed on RehabMan's GitHub repo). There are other things that don't work (as expected) like wifi, graphics, Bluetooth, sound, etc but I'm sure those are able to be fixed without much issue. Has anybody else had success in the way of kexts to get things working and perhaps a DSDT patch to get functional battery status for this laptop or one similar? All thoughts are appreciated!
