Find Windows Boot Entry (2nd Drive)

I've got MacOS up and running flawlessly on OC 5.9.

I've got a 2nd NVMe drive with Windows installed that I'd like to dual boot (via the GUI in OpenCanopy). I'm pretty sure I just need to add entry to the MISC section of the config file, but I'm not 100% clear on what needs to be done.

Any guides or tutorials on setting that up?
