External Drive Not Seen

I have a 1TB LaCie Thunderbolt 2 drive connected via USB that is seen in BIOS, seen in Windows (not usable), seen on two real Macs, but not seen on my hackintosh in Finder, Disk Utility, Clover Configurator, or diskutil list.

Drive is formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Hackintosh sees other USB drives.

Anyone have any advice? BIOS settings to check? I don't think its a USB issue, because I can see other drives. I don't think its a formatting issue either, because it can see my USB installer with the same formatting. Any advice?
