Is there any quiet AMD GPU?

I am looking for a GPU for gaming and Photoshop Lightroom and Final Cut. Gaming will be in Windows, all other stuff in macOS.

So it seems that only AMD GPUs are really viable for that. But it seems that all AMD GPUs got problem with noise?
