Installer crashed twice during update

Specs

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (ASUS Strix) with latest web drivers
  • CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
  • Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M5
  • macOS: 10.13.6 (High Sierra due to Web Driver issues)

After booting from the macOS install boot option from the clover menu, the installer worked for a few minutes and then displayed the crash message. It seemed to still have worked as the installer option was gone in the end. How can I fix this? Is something broken? I created a gist with the installer log of the second run.
