Anyone else having problems with Dropbox after their update?

Hello,

My Hack has been running pretty flawlessly for a couple of years, still stuck on High Sierra because of GTX 1070. Suddenly, last week, it started freezing and rebooting after just a few minutes of use. After looking at the panic reports (I'm not really sure of how to understand them though) it seemed like the problem was something with Dropbox. They did a pretty big update the other day, adding "smart sync" among other things, but obvioulsy something doesn't play nice with my machine.

Removing the app also solves the reboots, so at least it works again.

I have uninstalled an re-installed Dropbox, but the the problems comes back again.

I'm not sure where to start looking for solutions to this, so any pointers are welcome.

• 4790K
• Palit GTX 1070
• Samsung SSD EVO 250GB (system disk)
• 3TB WD Green (storage disk, Dropbox is located here)
