Building my first Hackintosh, help critiquing my hardware list would be appreciated!

Its been nearly 10 years with my faithful mid-2010 iMac 27", and without a single hiccup at that. Alas the time has come to get into something newer, and I can't afford to ball out on a new iMac nor can I deal with that massive bezel in 2019 O_o.

Hopefully the stuff I selected is compatible. I did some research into mobo/gpu combos and it seems these "should" work but I'd like to confirm before I start buying all sorts of components. I am aware that I will need a PCI-e adapter to run the MAC wifi/bluetooth/airdrop card thus why I selected this particular mobo with extra PCI-e slots. Ideally I'd love the smallest form factor possible, however I need an external GPU so a mini ITX is out of the question unless anyone else has a suggestion?

My goals - A device which I can use to do the typical web browsing/email/daily use, plus photo editing. No gaming whatsoever however I would like to run dual 4k monitors @ 60hz. That is the cheapest GPU I found with 2x DP 1.4 ports, and it seems all I need to do is install some web drivers to make it work on OS X? Is it compatible with Mojave? Thats also another reason I'd like to build this, I'm stuck with High Sierra as my EOL software on my current machine. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions/advice. Thanks!
