How to replace kexts?

I made a successful installation on my old pc.

I3-2120

GPU - RX470

Motherboard - Biostar H61MLB

Everything is working fine, but when I log I receive the log error below:

I'm using the ALXEthernet.kext for my LAN - Atheros AR8152 - 10/100 Controller

I googled some info and some people can use the AtherosL1cEthernet.kext in place of ALX, but I don't know how to do this, someone can help me? Thanks.
