macOS Sonoma on i5 12100 + MSI PRO H610M-E ?

My last Hackintosh was on a laptop and it was not a success. (i3 with UHD 620)
3 years after, I'm building a PC for gaming and app development.
I want a PC with similar perfs of my primary MacBook (M1) and I got this :

CPU : Intel Core i3 12100
GPU : No GPU for now - Want to use the iGPU [Intel UHD Graphics 730]
Motherboard : MSI PRO H610M-E DDR4
RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Go (2x8Go) (DDR4 3200MHz)

I saw Hackintosh with the i3 but with other motherboard, does mine will be compatible ? If not, what option I want under €80

When I will have the money to buy a GPU, what GPU is compatible with macOS Sonoma ? (Maximum and minimum GPU ? NVIDIA or AMD ?)

With the iGUI, will I get graphic acceleration ?

Will I get all Apple Services working ? (AirDrop, Apple Music, App Store/App Store Connect etc)

I will only use Ethernet, no Wifi
