I looked in Sys. Prefs and there was the option to upgrade to Sonoma on my 16,2 iMac; this worked but 14.4.1 has not shown up as an update option and there have been other oddities - anyway I want a "last resort" backup OS and the easiest would be to "unlock" the current OCLP installer; this is probably sheer fantasy; an internet search has produced nothing but meaningless info. Any well informed ideas here?
