Hello everyone, I am currently running a hackintosh with Mac os senoma on a hp z420 I got for free from work a year ago. It served me well for making music as skelocat but now I'm looking to upgrade due to all the plugins I use tanking my Xeon 1650 CPU. Im taking home a z440 from work tonight which is a side step because the CPU is slightly less powerful but it's DDR4 instead of DDR3 and the most powerful processor the board supports on the z440 is better than the most powerful z420 CPU. I will order assuming I can just upgrade my CPU like Windows. The question is can I just plug and play my SSD? The z440 is all USB 3.0 and only 2 USB 1.0 which my z420 none of the USB 3.0 ports work no matter what I do how can I upgrade to the z440 and fix the USB ports? Without having to reinstall Mac os
