Updating To Sonoma on 7th Gen Intel

I have a Success Lenovo IdeaPad S145 on Ventura.

CPU -i3-7020u GPU - Hd620 RAM - 8GB DDR4

How do i update to Sonoma, since the machine is not supported officially
