T480s Ventura - keyboard, trackpad, ethernet or wifi not working

During the installation I kept getting the magic mouse and trackpad icons, so I installed a USB Keyboard and Mouse to get past that stage.

After installation I realised the ethernet and Wi-Fi also does not work. It would seem the "drivers" or "kexts" are not available by default.

But what I don't understand is, where and what kexts for the T480s do I use? I installed OpenCore Configurator manually, along with Airportltlwm.kext, but I am still unable to get any use out of it because without internet access it seems OCC is pretty much useless.

Is there any workarounds for cases like this?

Also due to no internet access I am also unable to use tools like Propertree (due to python 3 dependency which also requires the internet to install) to edit the config.plist, though I am not sure if that will help enable the wifi?
