Mac OS Monterey on iMac 14.2 (27inch, mid 2013) and Adobe Suite

Hello everyone!

Is anyone running Mac OS Monterey on iMac 14.2 (27inch, mid 2013) and using the Adobe suite?

I use this old Mac daily on Catalina with the whole adobe suite (Ps, Ai, Id, LrC, Ae, Pr) and it works great with the following configuration despite the age of the computer.

Because of Catalina, I can't run on it newest releases of Adobe softwares. Working on several much newer Macs I'm actually having too many files that are not executable on it due to old software versions. This computer works perfectly and with Catalina is fully supporting my current workload. Although isn't the main Mac I work with, I don't want to leaving it to gather dust.

Adobe require at least Monterey. I've tried installing Sonoma and it works well (rightly so, it's slower than Catalina on this machine) with everyday stuff but when I use with Adobe the CPU is always at 100% (with Catalina while I work the CPU average load is 60/70%).

I've downgraded back to Catalina because the computer was practically unusable in AE/PR environments.

Now I want to test Monterey (OPLC) and see the average CPU load. Has anyone tested these HW/OS configurations with the Adobe suite?

To all those who will start saying ‘you're stupid to pretend to run modern software on an 11 year old computer’ etc... As I said, it's not my maian computer, I just want to avoid leaving it unused to gather dust.
